New music from in Copenhagen living german singer GRETA – and she is going with german language in this 80s-synth-disco banger ‘Nicht allein’. The song has a slightly dark-wave vibe on it too, which we like. She wrote the text together with the two members Judith Holofernes and Poly Roy from the legendary german indie-band ‘Wir sind Helden’.
And since the text is written in German, here is what GRETA says about the sing – in German: “Es geht um tiefe Liebe und Verbundenheit, aber auch um Ambivalenzen. Um die Erkenntnis, wie wichtig es ist, sich mit sich selbst als Individuum zu verbinden und nicht nur als Partner in einer Beziehung. Denn auch wenn man nicht allein ist, kann man sich manchmal einsam fühlen.”
