Mazey Haze, which is the moniker of Nadine Appeldoorn, is a singer from Amsterdam and as she describes herself: ‘Hello I am Mazey Haze and I try to make music you can dance to while you’re sad.’ And indeed this looks like the masterplan, if you listen to her released songs so far. The newest one is ‘Headspin’ which sound is refreshing indie-styled and reminds us a bit of productions of Bergen-based producer-genius Mattias Tellez. The Dreampop-song is relaxed and yet not slow, the vocals and chorus-settings of Mazey deliver a perfect fitting completion.
