With ‘Sky and I (Himlen)‘ the beloved Swedish Indie-rock band Shout Out Louds deliver the next song from the upcoming album ‘House‘ which will be out on February, 18th 2022. The opening track ‘As Far away as possible‘ has been one of our favourites last year and it good to see that a band who has been active since 20 years still have something to say and deliver quality music.
This time, keyboardist Bebban Stenborg is doing the main vocals on the song that is more of a mid-tempo track and it is again produced by Peter Björn & John’s Björn Yttling, which is a garantee for a warm, analogue feeling regarding the sounds and instruments.
“I wrote that after a night out, observing other couples and seeing how easily it can turn bad, the very thin line between falling in love and out of love,” says the bands main-vocalist Olenius who wrote that song.
