A new song from Copenhagen-based danish singer Soleima: “Paper”.
Like danish singer MØ, Soleima has that special danish-sound feeling in her: A mid-tempo track with tricky electronical sounds, yet indie but so catchy as the melodies too. She wrote the song together with Production team The Priest and The Beat (J-Lo, Nicki Minaj) and it is indeed co-produced by Vasco (Mø, Terror Jr).
Her voice gives the special something to it to make it a real banger.
«The song is about daring to do the things you want, regardless of what other people think and what might be perceived as the ‘right’ thing. Everything seems to revolve around time and money, but relationships are more important – especially with the people who always support you, whether you succeed or fail.» – Soleima tells about the song.
The singer will be performing on stage in Germany at the Ja Ja Ja Festival in Berlin on October 12th.
